Head Training and Development

Meghna is working in the field of Early Childhood Education since 1999 in various roles and currently functioningas Head, Training and Development at Founding Years Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd (FYLS) since March 2016. She is also responsible for business development and quality enhancement at FYLS and takes lead in running PARENT HELPLINE for parents enrolled in Klay Prep Schools and Day Care across India.

Before joining FYLS, her position was to work as Director of Operations for India business for Knowledge Universe Private Limited, headquartered in Portland. Meghna was also working as Centre Director and Certified Trainer at Santa Clara with Knowledge Universe, USA.

She holds Master’s degree with Summa Cum Laude in Child and Adolescent Development from San Jose State University, California.

With formal courses/trainings combined with practical ground experiences asadministrator and university teaching positions at private and government learning institutions over the last 19 years, Meghna is an experienced child development professional.She has also worked as certified trainer and experienced counselling professional with Asian International College, Singapore till the year 2014.

Meghna’s success stories include the launch of PARENT ACADEMY for more than 10, 000 employees of a corporate at Cessna Business Park. Under this academy, she has not only conducted face to face trainings and education programs for parents but has also created simplified reading materials for parents regarding child psychology as part of READ and REFLECT program.

Her support to families and parents in the field of Early Childhood Education has given her 99.7% average success rate in parent satisfaction surveys with various corporate clients. Her strength not only lies in PARENT ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS but she is also known to create history by totally turning around the shutdown schools as profitable entities and controlling staff attrition by 78% under her leadership. Her one on one counselling and guidance sessions with parents have benefitted more than ten thousand families in various countries so far.

Having a background in Developmental Psychology, her research interests include Developmentally Appropriate Practices, Parenting in today’s world, Parental involvement, developmental milestones in child growth and development.
